Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Process accounts payable/receivable and expense reports
- Contribute to internal audit procedures and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting projects
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- 3.0+ GPA preferred with relevant coursework in intermediate accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
