Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and general ledger reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Support the tax department with data collection and filing preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently enrolled in a CPA track program).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
