Role Overview
As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity. You will assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accuracy in all financial data entry. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage expense reports.
- Support the month-end close process and assist with audit preparations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform general data entry and administrative accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
