Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support the annual audit process by gathering documentation and reconciling discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) to maintain accurate digital records.
- Prepare and analyze budget reports to assist management in financial decision-making.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the tax team to gather necessary data for quarterly and annual filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus but not required.
