Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks: including data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Learn and perform accounts payable and receivable reconciliation: ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports: under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and digital records: in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct basic bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual audit preparation process.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Experience: None required. We are looking for eager learners.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and functions) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
