Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify vendor details, and ensure timely payments.
- Bookkeeping Support: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or Excel.
- Bank Reconciliation: Review bank statements and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare basic monthly reports and assist in the preparation of the general ledger.
- Data Entry: Input and organize financial data with a high degree of precision.
- Compliance: Help ensure all financial activities comply with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or High School Diploma with equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value potential and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time in our Fort Worth office.
