Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks and data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end close process by organizing and coding journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to numbers.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
