Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain and update the general ledger accounts.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
- Conduct research and analysis to assist in financial planning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic math skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
