Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to support our finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those transitioning into finance who are eager to learn and contribute.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial analyses.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (Internships are highly considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
