Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Support the tax department with data gathering and filing documentation.
- Perform internal audits and verify the accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing CPA/CMA).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship background.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
