Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and timely.
- Support the senior accounting team with data entry and report generation.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial statements and summaries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems.
