Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Maintain and organize accurate financial ledgers and documentation.
- Assist the finance team with audits and tax filings as needed.
- Perform data entry and assist in the month-end close process.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding account status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
