Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and ensure all financial data is up-to-date in our systems.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
