Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare variance reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for transaction processing
- Adhere to SOX compliance protocols and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or related experience
