Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support audit processes by maintaining accurate documentation and schedules
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
