Responsibilities
- Assist with Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Accounts Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain organized files of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Compliance Support: Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Expense Reporting: Review and assist with employee expense reports and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Recent graduate (0-2 years) or internship experience in accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
