Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the internal audit process by organizing documentation and identifying discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our enterprise ERP system.
- Prepare basic tax schedules and assist in the year-end closing process.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Conduct data analysis to support financial forecasting and budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience is a plus.
