Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with internal and external audits.
- Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and variance analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships accepted).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
