Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and financial record maintenance in QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare basic financial statements and analytical reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students/new graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks familiarity preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
