Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports under senior guidance
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accurate data entry and documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) to manage financial records and transactions
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies in financial data
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (client site visits required)
