As an Entry Level Accountant, you will work closely with our senior financial team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable payments efficiently.
- Support the internal audit process by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and supporting schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
