Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial analysis tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn new financial software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
