Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and analyzing data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships included).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
