Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end audit processes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties and data entry using accounting software.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a strong internship history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
