Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the general ledger and account reconciliation.
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist in budget preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a CPA).
- 0-2 years of professional experience in accounting (internships considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
