Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Support audits by preparing schedules and verifying data
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/MS Dynamics) for daily operations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
