Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Support the tax preparation process by gathering necessary documentation and data.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records for audit purposes.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and report findings to the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
