Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 200+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoices with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile GL accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize payment cycles and early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms
- Implement process improvements in AP automation
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years in accounts payable role
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX
- Experience with high-volume processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
