Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process with precision.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Perform basic financial analysis and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Recent graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of professional experience or internship in accounting (Entry Level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
