Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for client portfolios
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and regulatory compliance documents
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial records and documentation
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare variance reports for senior accountants
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for daily accounting operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA candidate or willingness to pursue certification preferred
