Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing requirements.
- Perform general clerical accounting duties and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate or completion of accounting coursework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
