As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting the management team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
