Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
- Conduct detailed audits of financial records to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the budgeting process and prepare variance reports.
- Organize and secure financial data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
