Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial spreadsheets.
- Support the month-end closing process under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Perform basic data entry and file organization to ensure records are audit-ready.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and audit schedules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we value potential and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
