Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax documentation and compliance filing
- Manage vendor invoicing and expense reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
