Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99.8% accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance audits
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting initiatives
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail with proven numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
