Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage expense reporting workflows
- Support tax preparation activities and regulatory compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial modeling and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with exceptional numerical accuracy skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPA or CPA pursuit preferred but not required
