Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain expense reports
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
