Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Support accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank statement reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Contribute to audit preparations and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical accuracy
