Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial statement preparation.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and federal accounting standards.
- Review and verify financial data for errors before posting.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
