Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO, receipt, and invoice documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage payment cycles via ACH, wire, and check processing
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment terms
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Certification (AP, CTP, or equivalent) preferred
