Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior supervision
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance
