Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with tax preparation, filings, and compliance documentation
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee expense records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client engagements
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- QuickBooks certification or willingness to obtain
- Authorized to work in the United States
