Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks Online with 99.9% accuracy
- Support annual audit processes and documentation requests
- Manage expense reports and vendor communications
- Adhere to GAAP and IRS compliance standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (graduating 2023-2024)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data
