Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support general ledger maintenance and transaction analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in audit preparation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data entry and reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
- Adhere to GAAP and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
