Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing processes
- Support accounts payable/receivable functions and invoice processing
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and compliance tasks
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
