Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accurate journal entries
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) for transaction processing and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in numerical data processing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
