Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Process payroll and expense reports with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
