Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks and Excel with accuracy
- Contribute to internal audit procedures and controls
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or work experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
