Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with ERP software implementation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and journal entry verification
- Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA candidates preferred)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
